Responsibilities included overseeing and managing the groups main functions; 1.purchasing discounted second notes and deeds of trust 2. originating first and second notes and deeds of trust 3. purchasing, repairing and marketing distressed properties. During my tenure the group realized high rates of return on investments.

Neighborhoods included The Denver Country Club, Falcon Hills and Chapparal. We built and marketed one of the model homes in the first “Street of Dreams” show held at Lone Tree Estates in 1987. We also developed, marketed and sold the majority of homes in The Ridge, a private enclave of custom homes in Littleton.
