Thanks a million for coming all the way down to 390 Grant to see me personally. I was shocked and most disappointed about your decision to leave our company and go to Re-Max. I respect your decision, however, Fritz, and I honestly wish you nothing but success in your new endeavor. As I mentioned to you, we are just trying to do everything in our power to keep our good producers and the employees we like here at our company. You sure fit into that category, so I can assure you that it is painful for me to say "so long" or "good-bye".
I can remember when you were a "raw rookie" down in our Cherry Creek office. A lot of enthusiasm and seemingly always a smile on your face - and look at you now! Never Experienced Such a High Degree of Enthusiasm...

My wife and I were recently transferred by my company from Youngstown, Ohio to Denver, Colorado. While here on business, I contacted Fritz and gave him an outline of some of the features we would be looking for in our new resident. A few weeks later, when my wife arrived in Denver, Fritz had a number of homes ready for us to see and had reserved his time for us. In fact, Fritz had done his research so well that from the time we started looking until we had a signed counter-offer on our new home, a short 24 hours had elapsed.
Because my home in Ohio had not yet sold, I was looking specifically for a lease purchase option on a house with certain features that my wife and I both desired. Fritz, very ably put together a purchase and finance package on a house with which my wife and I are extremely pleased.

It is my extreme pleasure to write to you complimenting on of your employees. My family moved to Aurora, Colorado two years ago and flew to Denver and met Fritz Miesen, to spend a week looking for a home to purchase.
After asking the proper questions by phone, Fritz had put together a portfolio of homes throughout the metro area for us to view. Deciding on a home in Aurora, we returned to Idaho leaving all of the financial arrangements and closing to be taken care of by Fritz. Not only did he perform an outstanding job, his communications with us were superb. The two years we lived in Denver we would receive a phone call about every two months from Fritz, asking how we were adjusting to the area. You can understand, I'm sure, why we chose Mr. Fritz Miesen to list our home when we were to relocate to Portland, Oregon.
Once again, Fritz worked hard to sell our property-open houses, advertising, etc..., and sold our home in approximately 60 days, in a very slow market. Fritz handled all of the paper work in Denver, including selling the second mortgage, while we were in Portland.

I just want to say thank you for a job well done in marketing our property at 6243 S. Miller St. You worked very hard on this sale and wore many hats in pulling this one off. Not only did you market and promote the property professionally, but you also played general contractor and property manager. You had to get the bids, hire the contractors, and oversee the project. I know you loved the challenge, but the job was big and certainly outside of your normal responsibilities. I still can't believe the outcome. The renovation your people performed on the property was fantastic, especially considering the disaster you had to start with.
Because f your hard work Fritz, we were able to get our price and avoid a large financial loss. You have always performed well for us, but this one was really above and beyond the call. I will be happy to wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone in need of professional real estate service.

I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding job you did in selling our foreclosed house on South Eudora St.
As we all know, the housing market in the Denver metro area is extremely sub-par right now. When you told me that you thought you could get somewhere around $300,000 for the house, I thought you were absolutely crazy. Due to your very hard work and giving up several nights and weekends, you were able to get $297,000. Again, due to your hard work, you saved our bank a substantial loss.
Should the opportunity arise for our bank to once again need to sell or market a house, you will be the first person I will call.
